These GTC define the rights and obligations of Kali Explora and the Customer, and they apply to all services sold, whether concluded directly via the website, by e-mail or by any other means of communication. Kali Explora reserves the right to modify the GTC at any time. The applicable GTC are those in force on the date of the order.

ARTICLE 3: ESSENTIAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES SOLD

The website www.kali-explora.com sells consulting and assistance services for organizing tailor-made stays. They include the proposal of destinations, the search for transport, accommodation, activities and good addresses for the chosen destination. You will also have interactive maps available. The service also includes writing, graphic design and sending a travel diary in PDF format to the customer's email address. It can be sent in booklet format by mail for an additional €15.

The service does not include the reservation of the services offered, because they will be reserved by the Customer.

The main characteristics of the services offered by Kali Explora and in particular the specifications, illustrations, and their respective prices are made available to the Customer on the website www.kali-explora.com. The Customer is required to read these characteristics before ordering. The choice and purchase of a service from Kali Explora are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

The customer declares to have read and accepted the general terms and conditions of sale prior to the validation of the quote. The validation of the quote therefore constitutes acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale.

 

ARTICLE 4: PRICES

The prices of products and services are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes (TTC).

Kali Explora reserves the right to make quotes by applying prices different from the proposed formulas, as part of a "custom-made" formula, which will be adapted to the Customer's needs.

Kali Explora reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the application of the price indicated at the time of the order.

The price does not include the reservation prices for transport, accommodation or activities selected for the trip because all services will be reserved by the Customer.

ARTICLE 5: ORDER

To request a tailor-made trip, the Customer must complete the "CONTACT" form on the website.

In order to better understand the Customer and their tailor-made trip, Kali Explora will then contact the Customer by email or telephone to discuss and clarify the Customer's needs and desires.

A quote will then be sent to the Customer. As soon as the Customer has paid a 50% deposit, Kali Explora will carry out research to find the travel services that will match the Customer's requests and budget.

Payment of the remaining 50% will be required before sending the travel diary to the Customer.

If the Customer wishes to modify an element of their trip, Kali Explora undertakes to carry out the research, at no additional cost. However, if the changes requested by the customer are substantial and require additional research, a supplement may be charged after the customer's agreement.

Kali Explora will then contact the Client at several stages of the trip preparation, in particular to validate certain services. The Client will receive emails from Kali Explora containing reservation links for the chosen services. The Client must himself
